Artistic Staff

Keith Rabin Jr. - Co-Founder/Executive Artistic Director/Board Member

Keith has over 17 years experience with community & professional theatres, including a term as Vice President on the board of M.A.D. Theatre of Tampa, which was his inspiration for starting his own theatrical production company in Denver. Keith also has over 15 years experience in human resource and administrative management. Keith's passion for the performing arts has always been and always will be ignited by musical theatre. The "Light" theme for all of Lucent Performing Arts comes from the final song in the musical Next to Normal. Light has always been a symbol for good, warmth, beauty, safety, creative ideas, and above all, hope... There will be LIGHT!

Stephanie Prugh - Assistant Artistic Director/Board Member

Stephanie Lynn Prugh began performing at the age of three for her very enthusiastic family in their living room. Her passion for the performing arts was ignited after she saw her very first musical, Peter Pan, at a very young age. Having been an avid dancer for the whole of her life, Stephanie began with ballet but eventually decided to branch out into other forms of dance including modern, Fosse, Broadway and Ballroom. As an actor, Stephanie has performed and choreographed all over town with companies such as Gravity Defied, Ignite, Town Hall, Performance Now, Evergreen Players, Miner's Alley, Spotlight, Firehouse, Vintage, Inspire Creative, Curtain's Up and Identity Theatre. Currently, Stephanie also works as an Instructor and program coordinator for Vintage's Youth Theatre Program. As a performer and teacher, Stephanie aims to ignite passion in others, hoping to inspire them to follow their own hopes and spark in them a fire that will light their lives.

Danny Harrigan

Danny Harrigan was a founder of Gravity Defied Theatre, the predecessor to Ignite Theatre. He has directed, choreographed, and performed in such shows as bare: the musical (Peter/co-director/choreographer), You're a Good Man Charlie Brown (Charlie Brown/co-director/choreographer), Totally Electric (choreographer), The Wild Party (director/choreographer), [title of show] (Hunter), and is the director and choreographer of Pippin for Ignite Theatre. The education, experience, and family gained through this illuminating theatre creation and continually progressing company is priceless and life changing. "Defy Gravity and Ignite the world on fire! You and I, you take my hand leaving me breathless. I would be no where without the love and support of my friends, family, and Keith. Thank you for helping me to fly!"

Board of Directors

Will is co-founder and Executive Producer of Lucent Performing Arts, and is its board chair. Prior to founding Lucent, Will was the Executive Director of Rocky Mountain Arts Association for two years, and board chair for five. Will founded Mosaic Youth Chorus in 2007, a safe space chorus for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered and queer youth and their straight friends ages 14-20. He received recognition as a "Denver 150," one of 150 citizens that made a significant contribution to Denver's first 150 years, for his work at RMAA and for founding Mosaic Youth Chorus.

Will has a B.S. in Finance from University of Colorado and is a former director of contact center operations for U.S. Bank. After a successful 16-year career at the bank, Will resigned to pursue nonprofit volunteer board work full time before becoming RMAA's Executive Director. Pam Turner - Board Member

Pam is very thrilled to be a member of the Lucent Performing Arts board. Pam has been a fan and supporter of the arts ever since she can remember. Pam is the Mother of 2 children who both have very strong ties to the arts. Her daughter was in choir while in school and a dancer for more than 20 years. She also is a dance teacher and choreographer. Pam's son has danced, sang and acted for more than 15 years which fits perfectly into his future as he is currently a musical theatre major at the Chicago College of Performing Arts within Roosevelt University. As her children grew up, she sewed costumes and worked backstage during their performances. In their high school years Pam was Treasurer of the Choral Boosters for 3 years, and was subsequently elected President for an additional 3 years working side by side with the choir director adminstering the performing arts programs. During these last 3 years, Pam was also Treasurer of the Catwalk Theatre Guild - a 501(c)3 organization that was the parent booster group for the high school theatre company. Pam's passion for the arts continues to grow and she looks forward to the excitement and opportunities that being part of the Lucent Performing Arts board will provide.
